Silverback Login is a small operation and we read every message. Bug reports get a real response, usually within a couple of business days. Feature requests and general questions we get to when we can.

For a bug report, please include your WordPress version, PHP version, and a short description of what you were doing when the problem happened. For security issues, describe the problem in the message rather than publicly disclosing details.
